SMS Terms & Conditions

Colorado Apostolic Academy offers a text messaging (SMS/MMS) notification service for parents and guardians of enrolled students. These terms govern that service.

1. When you opt in to the service, Colorado Apostolic Academy will send you informational text messages about the school: announcements, schedule changes and weather closures, attendance notifications, emergency alerts, and event reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never send messages on behalf of any third party.
2. You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our enrollment form or in the parent portal at portal.coloradoapostolic.academy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment.
3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through the parent portal or contact the school office.
4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging service, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach us directly at info@coloradoapostolic.academy.
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on school activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy. Your mobile number and opt-in information are used only to deliver school communications; no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
