Information We Collect

We collect contact and student information that families provide directly to us — for example on enrollment forms and other school paperwork. This may include parent and guardian names, email addresses, mailing addresses, mobile phone numbers, and student information needed to operate the school. Our website does not use advertising trackers and does not collect personal information from visitors who simply browse it.

How We Use Your Information

We use contact information solely to operate the school and communicate with our families: school announcements, schedule changes and closures, attendance and emergency notifications, event reminders, and enrollment and account matters. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages on behalf of anyone else.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your contact information with third parties for any reason. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers we use to deliver our own communications (such as our text messaging and email delivery providers), who may process your contact information strictly to deliver messages on our behalf and for no other purpose.

Colorado Apostolic Academy sends informational text messages (SMS/MMS) to parents and guardians who have provided their mobile phone number and agreed to receive them. Messages include school announcements, schedule changes and weather closures, attendance notifications, emergency alerts, and event reminders.

  • Opt-in: You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number on our enrollment form or through the parent portal. Consent is not a condition of enrollment.
  • Message frequency varies based on school activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also contact the school office to be removed.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or email info@coloradoapostolic.academy.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Children's Privacy

Our communications are directed to parents and guardians. We do not knowingly send text messages to students, and our website does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
